SharePoint / Knowledge Management Consultant
Location: Fairfax, VA Onsite
Candidate will provide SharePoint System Administration for a large-scale program in the Defense Health Agency. The candidate will provide SharePoint development/Knowledge Management support to SharePoint sites, and develop content, workflows, and processes in support of the Defense Health Agency’s Strategic Management Division.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide SharePoint system administration, adding content, workflows, and processes and creating links to other DHA systems
Develop and manage knowledge base infrastructure and content
Provide Tiers 1 & 2 support for SharePoint concerns
Implement workflows and recommend improvements to Knowledge Management system
Develop, document, and maintain Knowledge Management Policies and Procedures
Provide methodologies, tools, and expertise to identify business processes and systems that may be automated, standardized, and/or integrated to achieve efficiencies
Develop Business Intelligence dashboards and build applications using CSOM, JavaScript, JQuery and other client-side SharePoint development methodologies
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in knowledge management practices that enable an integrated data centered approach to identifying, retrieving, evaluating, and sharing the enterprise’s tacit and explicit knowledge assets to meet mission objectives.
Experience in SharePoint development for the Strategic Performance Improvement Data
Repository (SPIDR), supporting SharePoint and KM for CPI/LSS programs, or experience as a CPI/LSS practitioner is preferred.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Occasional travel to Military Treatment Facilities as required.

Salary Range- 140,000 To 175,000 Per Year
