A note from Lilian…
I started this company because I looked around at all of the women I knew, brilliant women, strong women; women who were full of ideas, vision and leadership skills. And I wondered, with all the news surrounding “The Great Resignation” and all of the press about the organizations unable to find talent to fill their open positions — why are these women not raising their hands? My answer… they were. But they were being overlooked by a predominantly white, male corporate America.
I formed this company with the mission of enlightening these companies on the richness of adding diversity and to empower women to take back their careers and bring their talents to new, rewarding positions.
